| Haven Hardwoods, Inc. offers the complete installation of many types of flooring. This includes hardwoods such as oak, maple, ash, pine and cherry. We also install laminated flooring, wood printed vinyl and engineered hardwood. Please feel free to look at our F.A.Q. page or contact us regarding these floors. |
| Pre-finished Installation |
| These types of flooring come with factory sprayed finish on them already. While the individual manufacturers guarantee the finish, Haven Hardwoods, Inc. guarantees the craftsmanship of the installation. Pre-finished flooring can be found in almost any variety of species, colors and sheens. |
| Raw Installation |
| Haven Hardwoods, Inc. not only installs raw hardwood, but also sands the floor, then, as an optional service, trowels wood putty on the entire floor to fill any nail holes or gaps. The floor then gets sanded again and finished with the customer's choice of color and sheen. |
| Refinishing |

| Sand and Finish |
| Haven Hardwoods, Inc. offers a full sand and finish service. The floor is sanded down to bare wood and finished with our client's desired color. Three coats of polyurethane are then applied to the floor for added durability and protection. |
| Recoat |
| Although it is not one of our guaranteed services, Haven Hardwoods, Inc. does offer a recoat service as part of the refinishing process. During the recoat, the floor is lightly scuffed and a fresh coat of urethane is applied on top. The floor is not sanded to bare wood during this process, but merely abraded so the new finish will adhere to the surface. |
| Stairs |
| When refinishing stairs, Haven Hardwoods, Inc. provides a couple of options. Option one is to simply sand the tread of the stair. (The tread is the horizontal part of the stair.) Option two is to sand both the treads and the risers. (The risers are the vertical part of the stair.) Haven Hardwoods, Inc. highly recommends sanding both treads and risers to highlight the full beauty of the staircase. |

Including, but not limited to, full floor trowels to fill any cracks or holes, square/interwoven patches, hardwood, carpet and sub-floor tear-outs, custom-fitting thresholds and the installation of trim, such as baseboard or quarter-round. |
